Safety is our number one priority from start to finish. From pre-hazard site analyses, to the crafting of site-specific safety plans and ongoing jobsite inspections, we at JR & Co. take great pride in constantly keeping safety at the forefront of our efforts.
Our safety team thoroughly understands all safety standards, and works tirelessly to go the extra mile to ensure the wellbeing of our crews. Their attention to leading indicators, those items that help produce a better jobsite from day one, keeps us at the leading edge of safety. Through data collection and analysis, our in-house safety team has capably responded to all concerns, adjusting equipment needs to create the safest possible environment.
Our Training Process
At a minimum, every production staff member has an OSHA 10 hour construction training certification. Many of our supervisors hold an OSHA 30 hour construction training certificate as well.
From increased employee onboarding processes, to monthly training videos. From our ongoing safety training that emphasizes fall protection, hazardous communication, first aid, and so much more, safety education is an endless journey at JR & Co.
Additionally, select production employees have undergone heavy equipment training:
- Mobile scaffolding
- Aerial Lift
- All terrain lift truck
- Crane operation
